I have sent a parcel for my sister which has some urgent medicines who is at US. So I had couriered the same to my cousin's address who is traveling to US today and though the parcel was to reach him on 25 July it has not reached and I am unable to contact anyone for this and they say it was misrouted. I am feeling like cheated by selecting DTDC. Please help and deliver the parcel anyhow today urgently.
