I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a highly unpleasant experience I recently had with your food.
On Date 01.09.25, I ordered food from your [branch name or location, e.g., KFC, Wakad Phoenix, mall millennium Road, Pune 411057] outlet. To my utter shock and dismay, I found a human hair in the food that was delivered/served to me. This is not only extremely unhygienic but also poses a serious health risk.
Such negligence is unacceptable, especially from a globally recognized brand like KFC that is expected to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Due to this incident, I and my family experienced distress and lost complete trust in the quality of your service. I sincerely hope this matter is taken seriously.
