I applied for a return for my laptop but it's been 1 months from purchase and the issue is not solve and now i don't trust them &need a refund for it

I brought a laptop on 24/9/25 for my college project and arrived at home on 29/9/15 as my old laptop was slow but after some days the power button Stop working and i initiate a return request to Flipkart on 5/10/25 but there where no tech visit till the date of 12/10/25 which was the date of tech visit and after many complaint the tech visit was done on 24/10/25 after almost 1 months delay from purchase
But as one month passed I have to use my old laptop for my college project and the purpose of purchase was not fulfilled by them
Now I don't trust Flipkart and need a refund for my product due to this delay and waste my time and taking worried about the product and scolding from my parents should be considered
As till now 29/10/25 there where no correct date form the refund of there product from them
So please kindly consider my application and take the necessary action
