I am raising a complaint against Kapil Chits (Kakatiya) Pvt. Ltd., Hanamkonda for deficiency of service, unfair trade practice, and harassment. For my chit KKH01T21P-38, the company delayed the prize amount by over four months, causing me financial loss and hardship. Due to this delay, I faced difficulties in paying the last installment on time. I have now paid the pending ₹12,800 on 26/11/2025, and payment proof is available.
Their executive also collected ₹21,500 from me for a new chit (KHAT18P-24) but no documents or receipts were issued despite repeated follow-up. This is a violation of the Chit Funds Act and an unfair trade practice. Instead of addressing my concerns, the company issued a legal notice dated 10/11/2025 demanding penalties and notice charges, which are completely unjustified because the delay originated from their side.
Despite multiple reminders, the company has not provided the NOC or Final Account Statement, causing continuous harassment.
Relief Requested:
