I placed an order on 27th for a google fitbit with express shipping (paid 1499 extra for this) .
Since then including today - the shipping status everyday shows not delivered due to consignee not being available- even though i am available and not a single attempt made to call.
I mailed hypefly on this - all they say is they have escalated to their logistics partner are are waiting to hear.
They refuse to cancel because they say its not their problem once order is shipped from their warehouse
So conviniently they engage whoever they want to engage for delivery and then wash their hands off and keep a customers money.
This is ongoing with the same thing everyday for the past wk .
They also do not have any number to call nor will anyone from their team call even though i have requested many timee.
Their whatsapp is unresponsive and useless too.
