I have purchased my laptop (13-AY1035AUX360 HP ENVY NOTEBOOK) from COMPUTER LAND, SHOP NO-2 and 3, ground floor, Mohan tower commercial complex Wazirpur Delhi on 5-april-2022. Recently I have started facing some issues in my laptop so I visited the same store from where I have purchased my laptop. I asked them that can I get repair service of my laptop from your store. They said yes you can get repair service from HP store. So, I have taken service from HP store. They have changed my SSD. After some days, again I started facing issue in my laptop, 3-4 keys of my keyboard were not working and corner of right bottom of laptop slightly opened . I tried to closed it and the screen cracked. It was working properly but I wanted to change my cracked screen. I visited the HP store once again and told them my issue. They kept my laptop for one week and pasted my laptop with some glue. They returned my laptop and charged for it. After that my laptop screen was shaking and I was not able to work at all. I again contacted them and visited the store with the issue. They suggested me to change the screen so again I agreed. They have changed my screen but it did not fix properly. The person who is repairing my laptop said this keyboard is local. I was shocked and When I asked for the Hp bill , they denied to give me bill. I refused to go home and again and again asked for the bill. I asked them that are these parts original or local because you are refusing to give me bill then they told me that they used local parts in my laptop because original screen costs 45000. How can they do this. I never asked them to use local parts that's why I visited to HP. How can they judge that I am not able to pay for original parts and they decided to use local parts . This is not acceptable.

How did HP company did this. Hp stores doing frauds with their customers. They are not giving information their customers and repaired their laptop from local shops and we are getting fool and thinking we are getting service from Hp store. If we are visiting HP that means we want service from Hp only.

They have charged 14500/- and they taken out my original keyboard and screen and don't know what other parts they have taken out. My screen is not working properly.
