Hovia delivered poor quality product -no response to return/refund request, no customer support

I placed an order with Hovia after watching their advertisement on YouTube. The product was shown as high-quality and useful, but when I received it, the actual product was of very poor quality and completely different from what was shown.

I had chosen Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method and paid ₹699 on 19/06/2025. After receiving the product, I was highly disappointed. The material is cheap, it looks fake, and it is not usable at all.

I immediately sent a return request to their given email ID – prloproluxeofficial@gmail.com – but I have not received any response till now, despite multiple follow-up emails. The company has no valid customer care number, and I am unable to return the item.

This is clear misleading advertising and cheating of customers. The product does not match what was shown in the ad, and the company is not responding to return/refund requests. I have also raised a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline.

I request you to kindly take strict action against this seller (Hovia) and help me get a refund of my amount ₹699, and warn others against such fraudulent sellers.
