I am a serving soldier. On 14 March 2026, I booked my army boxes through Sharma Travels, Patiala, for transportation via Blue Dart. All five boxes were damaged, and some items were stolen from them. Due to this incident, I have suffered a loss of approximately ₹50,000.
When I approached Sharma Travels regarding the claim process and compensation for the loss, they did not provide any response.
