My house hold items & car were packed at Cochin on 27. Nov.25 by Agarwal mover sand packers DRS, the total packing was of 7 cartons of house hold items and car was taken separately. the company had asked for Rs 40,000 in total at the time of packing oi had made a payment of Rs 26000. no separate payment was asked for house hold items and car a total cost was given to me. now at the time of delivery the packer is asking fior the entire payment without which they have refused to deliver the items and the car,
However at the time of booking it was stated by the company that the remaining payment can be made at the time of delivery but now they have refused the entire delivery and demand to pay the entire amount. Even their team and customer care is not responding and not taking my calls.
Request you to pls help me get my material delivered.
