I placed prepaid order with Home Essentials on 1st Aug 2026. I received confirmation email regarding this on my registered email id & it also stated that I will be kept posted once my order is shipped.
It’s been more than 7 days, there is no update on the order & thre is no way I can reach out to anyone in customer care. The no. provided doesn’t exist. Their WhatsApp has standard AI chat bot menu that doesn’t lead to human interaction. It does say that the chat is handed off to human to assist but no one texts back.

Total amount paid is Rs. 7548/-
I have tried cancelling my order however in vain. I have also dropped an email twice to their support ID however there is no reply on the emails yet.
The company is fraud & I have seen many people have submitted similar complaints.
I request designated authority to take action against such companies.
Looks like I m deceived & have lost my money.
