Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Refund of Advance Payment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mary Paul 75 year widow staying at Perumbavoor fell down in February 2024 and broke my leg and bedridden since

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the non-refund of an advance payment I made to KARUNYA DEEPAM Home nursing services Ernakulum amounting to 23500 for home nursing services which were e not rendered

Despite multiple follow-ups through calls/emails I have yet to receive the promised refund. This delay is both disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering the trust I placed in your services during a time of medical need.

They provided the services for 1 month and took advance for the second month without giving service for the second month. They promised the refund of my advance many times, but never returned my money. Please help me to get my cash i had filed a complaint t Perumbavoor police station, unfortunately they could not help me

Please treat this matter with urgency and respond promptly.
