I have placed My order 1251093 on 14 February 26,
The quality of product delivered was very poor so I initiated return.
After several follow-ups and reminders the return was picked up and a coupon

I place an order 1569761 but was unable to use this coupon, so I raised this issue to Home essentials, I was informed that you can place the order for COD and Home essentials will apply that coupon from backend.
Every time when I try to connect or track the order I got response that your order 1569761 is successfully placed with us it will be delivered within 5-7 days.
almost five months has been passed and i have not got any replacement, One day i got a message on my phone that your order is successfully delivered, I raised the issue on the same day that i have not received it, I am writing a reminder mail daily to home essentials but no one is responding.
Home essentials is purely a group of cheaters they make people fool on the name of online shopping.
