I purchased a hitachi Hot and Cold Split AC through Amazon in July 2025 with one year warranty. My AC stopped functioning on 09 June 2026 and I lodged a complaint through Amazon and Hitachi both. For this, refer my complaint nos- 26061001187, 26061304350 and 26061400616 to Hitachi. After lodging multiple complaints, Hitachi representative named Mohd Akbar, contact no- 9634122525 visited my house on 14 June 2026 and checked the equipment. He found outer unit non functional and said it will either be replaced or repaired by Hitachi being under warranty period. Later on the same day I.e. 14 June 2026, I received a call from Mohd Tazeem, contact no- 8941078624 from Chattarpur Hitachi services that AC will not be repaired by them. I raised the issue with level one on same day through reference no 4789E2E16C1. However, didn't get any response, other than a missed call and a message from Mr Kishan Mehta, contact no- 9711620671. I even called him back a no of times but he didn’t receive and sent a text that he will call back later, but no call and no receiving of call. Post escalation to level 2, I received a call from Mr Mahendra Kumar, Contact no 99996 72091 assuring that my AC will be repaired, however, no action from Hitachi post this assurance. Mohd Tazeem called again on 17 June 2026 and took the south delhi services manager online, wherein the manager tells me that I didnot use the hitachi services to install my AC and that’s why they will not repair the faulty outdoor unit.

The Hitachi Service company has been harassing me in this harsh summers since 09 June 2026 and delaying my repair so as to the time will pass on and as such my warranty period will be over. This harassment caused by hitachi services should be legally checked and the company be



Presently my AC is in non functional condition with no response from service team even after escalating the matter to the customer services on 17 June 2026.
