I am writing with some background on a major issue we're facing in Clio building at HFC, Panvel.
Our flat in HFC, Panvel (Clio 902) has been having an issue with a peculiar gas (sewage gas) leak in our bathrooms since 2024 (a full year now). The sewage smell each day (especially in the afternoons) coming from the bathrooms are unbearable. We've asked Theme (the maintenance crew) multiple times to check the problem. They have given us various explanations for why the gas is being pushed back into the bathroom vents from the main building pipes, but have offered zero solutions. We've heard that multiple flats in the Clio building have this problem as well.
I am sincerely requesting your assistance and really, any guidance in this matter. HFC is calming in so many ways but this problem had been very challenging.
