Hindware Desert Cooler Problem
Description: I purchased a Hindware Desert Cooler whose motor stopped working in May 2025. Since then, I have raised multiple complaints with Hindware, but no resolution has been provided. The details of my complaints are as follows: • SR No. HE073998 on 23 May 2025 • SR No. HF069074 on 22 June 2025 • SR No. HG009574 on 3 July 2025 On my first complaint, the technician told me that my address was “too far” and suggested I get the cooler repaired locally, promising reimbursement But i didn't done it Because of Warranty Concerns. However, he stopped answering my calls thereafter. Despite repeated complaints, no technician has ever visited to repair my product. This negligence and ignorance from Hindware has caused me mental stress and harassment. I have all proofs, including complaint records and chats showing how my complaints were ignored. Relief Sought: • Immediate repair or replacement of the defective desert cooler, OR refund of the purchase amount. • Compensation for the mental harassment, inconvenience, and repeated follow-ups.
