Dear Sir,

This email is in regards of my HDFC account having Cust ID 66367308 - which is been in operation since 2015 is now on hold from 2nd November 2025. I have contacted various nearby branch, customer care etc. and as per them have completed the e_KYC formalities. This issue had occurred in April 2025 and same now in November 2025. As per the staff at the Nahur Branch have shared all the information along-with documents but the same was not updated by them in the system, but they managed to keep account as operational and i was able to do transactions. Now again on 2nd November the account is not allowing to do any transaction. I had again visited the home branch at Bhulabhai Desai Marg and completed all the KYC and other formalities. They had committed that the account will get operative within 3-4 working days but todays its 5th December 2025 and still there is no movement.

Please help in getting this resolved as this account is connected to all my UPI payments.
