Dear sir/madam,
Greetings of the day!
I am writing this complaint to bring to your notice that i ordered bras from bugario clothing website by the order number BC-75877 — the Gray, Pink, and Leopard Nude JellyLift bras in size S on 12th july 2026.
I waited till 4th august while following up for my order delivery status and emailing the concerned support mail of bugario clothing on a regular basis but they replied so much delayed and they wete only asking me to wait giving false reasons.
I cancelled the order on 4th august requesting them for the full refund according to their refund policy mentioned on their website that if the order is cancelled before shipping the customer will get full refund. But still they are not refunding my payment made towards the ordered 03 numbers of items costing ₹3440.20
I have shared the tracking details with them on their official email with screenshots attached but they still was not attentive to me.
As they were unable to dispatch my ordered items, they accepted my request of refund officially on email but still they haven't refunded yet.
I request you to please consider my humble complaint against bugario clothing that how they harrased me firstly by not delivering the ordered items and secondly by not refunding my money.
I am completely frustrated because of bugario clothing.
I request you to please take it priority and take necessary action against bugario clothing.
