Harassment by ACKO to return my refund
As per acko, the refund of Rs.1454/- was credited to my account on January 30, 2025 but has not been received by me as on May 28, 2025. On demand by Acko I already submitted my bank account statements till March 2025. But Acko is surprisingly demanding statement from January 15 to May 28, 2025. Acko claimed that amount has been credited to my account on January 30,2 025 than how is it possible that amount may reflect in my account after 3 months period. I already submitted account statements from January to march 2025 in which no refund has been found. In this regard, I sent several mails to acko and its grievances team, but they are not providing satisfactory reply and only demanding bank statements since Jan. to May 2025.
I request consumer court to please look into the matter.
I also want suitable compensation in this regard from Acko for harassment to its customers, delay in providing resolution.
