I placed an order on 22nd order using the app of domino's. I clearly mentioned my address but app auto selected some different location. Customer service called me to confirm the details and did not ever mention that the address is non-deliverable. I made the payment using UPI and order was confirmed. After some time it showed delivered but no delivery was done to me. I raised the concern but staff was very rude and clearly fooled me even the delivery agent was arrogant and unhelpful and bluntly saying he delivered the food at the location without hesitation. This is unacceptable from the food chain like domino's. Kindly help to resolve this issue. I don't know how many customers they have fooled like this where they would accept orders from non deliverable addresses and then claim that they have delivered their orders just to earn some easy bucks
