I booked the ticket via https:www.happyfares.in. The ticket I have booked promised me a full refund as per the ad on deal. Now when I had to cancel you are saying I need to pay approximately 8K cancellation charges. This is an unfair practice to sell add on and when we want to cancel it you want to deny the cancellation. They are commuting fraud by selling add on saying will give full refund and when we cancel they deny the refund, which is breach of contract.
