I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with your product, Sunfeast Marie Light biscuits. On 04th- June-2025 I purchased a pack of these biscuits from near by local general shop. Upon opening the package, I was dismayed to find a strand of hair embedded in one of the biscuits. This incident raises concerns about the hygiene and quality control measures in place during the manufacturing and packaging processes. I have attached photographs of the product and the foreign object for your reference. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and inform me of the steps being taken to address this issue.
