Hello,
I am writing this complaint against H&M . I ordered a 3 men tees combo for -----rs. After some days today i received a call from courier guy and he told me to do prepaid payment on a scanner . He shared scanner on whats app and I did the payment online against his committment of delivering parcel within 10 minutes from godown. 4-5 hours passed and he was not receiving call and on whats app he is saying to do payment again and again. As a new customer of H&M i was not aware of their rules mentioned on website that H&M never ask for whats app , mail or message payment links. They are correct i accept that. But my complaint is still against H&M because i didn,t understand that how some fraud person know about my exact order, order id, product details and exact payment . It means H&M is playing with our private data and leaking that data to some fradulent group those are using our privacy and taking fraud payments through inocent people.
I put a doubt on H&M data secure policy, customer privacy secure policy , customers data secure policy. They are playing with us and leaking our data in public.
