I had purchased a subscription from a local gym on 21/11/25 value of Rs.3000. I witnessed tremendous misbehavior from a trainer cum employee of the gym. After raising this issue with the gym owner no concrete steps were taken to resolve the issue. So after just working out for two days I decided to quit the gym. Hence I requested for a partial refund which was denied on a false pretext of non refund policy.The cash memo does not mention non refundable fee caution nor the owner has shared any document with me on the date of joining. I hereby request you to kindly assist me into this matter and advice possible legal way out.
