I am filling this complaint against groww (Nextbillion Technology Pvt Ltd) for unethical scam. On 12th May at 10:51 am I have sold my shares because I saw a profit of 40 lacks on groww app, I had total 80 number of shares and when I sold the price was 50235 rupees as per groww app and also cross checked on grow web page, I found same price over there. But when my order executed they don’t execute my order at that price. When I call to customer care then they ask me to wait we will check and get back to you. When they back to with info, they told it’s technical issue so your price is executed at the ,markets price, which cause in house loss for me. I raise complaint for compensation for my loss, groww was ready to compensate me but only with 298 rupees 219, I disagree with their compensation amount letter. I complaint over Twitter, but now they are saying it’s a technical glitch that happens for a temporary and now it’s resolved, but my question is am I responsible for the technical issue? Why should I bear loss. I need compensation. I request you to please help me to recover my amount. I am attaching all the screenshot where group is accepting that there was a problem with technical, but they are just apologising with me and not compensating my amount. Also, I have attached the price chart when I sold my shares in the chart we can clearly see the price was 50,235. Please help to recover my amount.
