Details of the Incident:

1. Order Details: I placed an order for a 'Ultimate-Duo Pizza Feast' via the official Domino's App [July 9, 2026]. The payment was completed on the spot upon collecting the order.

2. Deficiency of Service & Harassment: After waiting for over an hour without delivery, I contacted the support bot, which directed me to the phone number 01202990832. The representative on this number exhibited unacceptable, rude, and hostile behavior, dismissively telling me to wait another hour.

3. Forced Self-Collection: Due to the toxic response, I was forced to physically visit the Domino's outlet situated at Govind Puram, Signature street commercial complex . Upon arrival, the staff abruptly changed their tone, shifting the blame entirely onto their own application and customer support.

4. Severe Food Contamination (The Health Hazard): Upon reaching home and consuming the Paneer Tikka Stuffed Garlic Bread, I discovered a piece of plastic embedded inside the food. I managed to extract it before swallowing. I possess clear photographic evidence of this contamination, which is a flagrant violation of the Food Safety and Standards (FSSAI) norms.

Demands for Redressal:

A formal, written apology from the corporate management of Jubilant FoodWorks (Domino's) regarding the unhygienic food processing and staff behavior.

Full refund of the order amount.

Severe punitive compensation for the mental agony, forced travel, and the extreme health risk posed by the plastic contaminant.

1. Refund of Product Cost: Exact amount of the combo ₹665. I paid for edible food, but received a hazardous item.

2. Compensation for Deficiency of Service & Harassment: ₹25,000. This covers the broken tracker, the hostile helpline agent, and the physical hassle of having to travel to the Govind Puram store to pick up a delivery order.

3. Compensation for Mental Agony & Health Hazard: ₹25,000. Finding a physical contaminant like plastic in food causes severe psychological distress and represents a clear choking/internal injury hazard.

4. Litigation Costs: ₹5,000. Even if I file the case by myself online without a lawyer, I’m legally allowed to claim basic expenses for my time, documentation, and internet usage.IMG_7769.jpegIMG_7752.jpeg
