I am writing this letter to formally raise a grievance against Mr. Kailashbhai Suthar Mobile - 9408053209 regarding a computer table that I ordered from him.
I placed the order for a custom-made computer table on 10 October 2025. The table was prepared and delivered as per the discussed criteria. However, after using it, I realized that the height of the table is excessively high, which has been causing me severe discomfort, including hand and back pain.
At the time of placing the order, Mr. Kailashbhai Suthar had clearly assured me that if I faced any discomfort, he would provide the necessary service or modification. Based on this assurance, I contacted him and requested a reduction of approximately 4 inches in the table height, which is essential for my health and comfort.
Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, he has not responded to my calls or messages for the past 20 days. This lack of response has put me in significant trouble, both physically and mentally.
I believe my request is reasonable and fully aligned with the assurance given at the time of the order. I respectfully request that appropriate action be taken so that the issue is resolved at the earliest.
