I purchased a Flipkart Perfect Homes Opus Engineered Wood King Bed (₹9,902) and a Flipkart Perfect Homes King Mattress (₹10,288). The bed installation was delayed, and when the team finally came, they reported a missing part and left the installation incomplete. Because the bed was not ready, I did not open the mattress package within the 10‑day return window. When I finally opened it, I discovered Flipkart had delivered the wrong product — a Queen mattress instead of the King mattress I paid for. To make matters worse, Flipkart registered Incident ID IN26061420173099536335 only for the bed installation issue and refused to create a separate incident for the mattress complaint. This misclassification has denied me proper redressal. Flipkart’s delay, wrong delivery, and refusal to register the correct grievance show clear deficiency of service and unfair trade practice.
