want redressal of my grievances which I'm suffering since 07 October 2024 after delivery of a mattress in torn condition.
Further I m trying since that time onwards to get replacement orr refund but everytime (six times I placed refund request) without any intimation or call my query is closed by Flipkart.
I'm tired and mentally harshed by putting that much effort everytime by talking customer care executives and their seniors too.
