My tickets were in the package and while coming back they gave us substitute tickets with no name and just a whatsapp message stating the seat number, and the ticket checker asked us to vacate the seat post which we had buy the tickets and pay extra to get a seat so we can sleep in the night after everything, Viraj promised to refund only the ticket amount which I agreed and its been almost 4 months. while I'm asking for my refund i get a tag of extortion and blackmailing, check the screenshot and see how a customer gets treated by the company

We sincerely regret that Mr. Mastan feels dissatisfied with his experience. As a service provider, we always aim to act transparently and support our customers, especially in last-minute and challenging situations.
For clarity, this booking was made approximately 15 days prior to departure, and it was clearly communicated at the time that the train tickets were on waiting list and subject to confirmation. We had also explained the possible outcomes in case the tickets did not get confirmed.
When the tickets remained unconfirmed, our team made last-minute efforts, in good faith, to arrange alternate travel tickets so that his journey could proceed. These arrangements were made urgently, and no additional service charges were taken for the same.
We had also informed him that, as per railway norms, there could be penalties applicable by the Ticket Checker (TC), which are beyond our control. He had agreed to proceed under these conditions at the time.
We are therefore concerned to see the situation being presented in a different manner publicly. We respectfully deny any allegations of misconduct or unfair practices, as all actions were taken with prior communication and consent.
At this stage, since the matter has been escalated publicly, we believe it is best suited to be addressed through appropriate legal or consumer forums, where all facts and communications can be reviewed in a fair and structured manner.
We remain confident that our actions will stand scrutiny and are committed to maintaining professionalism throughout.

They cheated us also, I booked my package through travelocity tourisim but as this agency was unable to form a group they dumped us onto Mr. Viraj Sawant agency Budget Bag Packers.....Mr. Viraj is a scamster, he threanted us also, misbehaved with me and the driver hired by him held our entire group 20 people hostage as he didn't make payment to him.....if justice is there kindly take appropriate action against him.

Even Mr. Viraj called me up today - 22nd May 2026( I am not in touch with him on calls or messages for any blackmailing and extortion since this tour is over) I just gave my honest review on Google and now he is threatening me to press Criminal case (extortion and blackmailing) against me. He intimidated me that he is the president of Thane Mumbai Travel agency and has 4 lawyers on his payroll which will take me to High court.I have full audio recording where he is asking me to pay10 lacs for his business loss and also giving negative financial remarks and regional discrimination by calling me Bhaiya....I will share the recording whenever and wherever it is required.
 
Also My booking was through travelocity Tourisim as mentioned earlier but the entire tour was handled by Mr Viraj and he added me in the WhatsApp group formed for this trip...he was introduced to me through Mohit from Travelocity tourisim. When I asked Mohit about pending payment he told Tour Manager , when I called Viraj he told we provide tour logistics, and then Ojus from Travelocity dropped a message me to make him the payment. It seems they are making us fool.Attaching the WhatsApp message.
