I had booked a hotel on 16th Feb 2026 on Goibibo which did not match the photos shown by Goibibo at all neither was it safe for a solo female travelling for medical purposes, so I had to cancel and find another hotel. Goibibo did not refund me my booking amount but just offered me a future travel voucher code for rs.498/- valid for a year for flight and hotels. When I was using this voucher to book a flight the code was invalid and after multiple calls and mails to goibibo I did not get a resolution and the only answer they kept giving me is that this voucher is false you have received false information and you cannot use such voucher. I told them then this is a clear fraud by Goibibo since I have received a very detailed email about the voucher with terms and conditions and when I needed to use that benefit at the time of my urgent need for medical purposes they're denying resolution. I have call recordings of the staff I don't know how to share it. I am sharing the email for the voucher which I am not able to use today urgently i.e.on 6th March 2026
