Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I have purchased a Godrej Split Air Conditioner against Cash payment on dated 11.06.2023 (Bill attached) along with AMC for 4 years - from dated : 11.06.2024 to 10.06.2028 (AMC form attached) from your company.
But this is very disappointing that your After Sale Service does not respond to our request on call. Please check the following SMS that I have got from your Service centre:-
1st time :
*Godrej SMS* Our engineer 4-T-Gulfam Gulfam will be attending your Service Request No. 79785729 on 2026-05-12. Pl check ID card before allowing entry. Our Helpline 08067436743.
2ND time :
*Godrej SMS* Our engineer 4-T-Mohd Sharique will be attending your Service Request No. 80022233 on 2026-05-21. Pl check ID card before allowing entry. Our Helpline 08067436743
But sadly both the times the Technician who visited my place inspected the unit, did not do any service or repair required. They gave lame excuses and left the AC unit un-repaired. Please tell me, what is the benefit of having an Annual Contract from your company.
Surprisingly, I understand that my service call has been closed without attending to it.
I am tired of calling your customer care (AMC) Officers:-
Ms. Yamini Bhola (Mob# 9582169038),
Mr. Parveen (Mob # 7835827654)
Mr. Sahil Mehta (Mob # 9667307009)
None of the Officers are ready to comply to my complaint. In this situation, please advise a resolution to my complaint and oblige.
