Request for Immediate Processing of Pending Fee Refund (₹75,000)
Dear Sir/Madam,
My sister, UJALA MAURYA (CSAB Application No: [260310778798]), was allotted an engineering seat at GGU during CSAB counseling and paid ₹75,000 toward seat acceptance and admission fees.
She formally requested the cancellation of her seat on August 28, 2026, after securing admission elsewhere. As per UGC rules, refunds must be processed within 15 days of cancellation. Additionally, CSAB policies clarify that post-acceptance fees are handled directly by the institution.
It has now been over 30 days, and the fee has not been refunded.
We request you to kindly intervene and expedite the refund of ₹75,000 to the registered bank account at the earliest.
