I sent a courier through Garuda Vega Courier Services on August 23, 2025, to my daughter, residing in the USA. The consignment value was Rs 20,000/-, plus I paid courier charges of Rs 12,503/- as per the enclosed receipt. To date, the consignment has not been delivered to my daughter. I have sent many reminders to them. Neither have the goods been delivered, nor have they reimbursed the compensation. I am raising this complaint; kindly look into my case.

Delivery delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond the control of the delivery personnel or the service provider. This is quite common in many cases:
  • Food deliveries may sometimes be delayed slightly but are usually delivered within a reasonable time.
  • E-commerce purchases may arrive 2–3 days later than the expected date, especially due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Such short delays are generally considered acceptable and fall within a reasonable time frame. However, if there is an unreasonable delay, or if the product or service is not delivered at all, you have every right to take action.

In your case there is an unreasonable delay, and you can file a case against them

To file a case, we suggest you to first send an Email to the Garudavega courier, attach the receipt and ask them for the item amount, compensation.
Wait for their reply and if they failed to reply, revert us, we will guide you to file a case against them
