Dear sir,
I have purchased a 75×72 size so called teak wood cot from Royal furniture near palempapaih street cuddapah district , Andhra Pradeshon 24/7/26 at a price of Rs.44000.
This is to formally notify you that the king-size cot sold to me for ₹44,000 under the claim of genuine teak wood is found to be of inferior quality, made of veneer and rubber wood, with defects concealed using putty. This is a clear case of misrepresentation, cheating, and unfair trade practice.
Smartly they made us do the transaction in two different numbers (20000 on one number khader basha owner and 24000 on other qr code of one of the employee of that shop named srinivasulu)
The shop owner have deliberately overcharged for a product whose actual market value does not exceed ₹25,000–₹28,000.
I have requested him (shop owner S. Khader basha ) to refund my amt on returning the product or compensate with true price of the product.
But he is not responding
I have also sent a informal notice on whats app to resolve the matter otherwise i will file a complaint in consumer court against his act
Kindly help me regarding this matter
I am sharing the product, bill and name and address of the shop
