Repeated Delivery Failures:
• Multiple reschedulings despite prior confirmations.
• Delivery commitments not honored even after customer made arrangements.
• Delivery not completed on the agreed date and time.
Unreachable and Unprofessional Delivery Executive:
• Delivery person was not reachable during the delivery window.
• Lied about the customer’s phone being switched off, despite both numbers being active.
• Hung up on the customer when questioned about the false claim.
Lack of Communication & Sudden Changes:
• Changes made to the delivery schedule without informing the customer.
• No explanation provided for these changes.
• No respect shown for prior agreements made over phone calls.
• Arbitrary cancellation of orders.
Disregard for Customer’s Time and Commitments:
• Customer has had to repeatedly take time off work to accommodate missed deliveries.
• No accountability or resolution from Furlenco despite multiple follow-ups.

Having taken multiple work from home at work puts me in an extremely uncomfortable and all because the team keeps rescheduling deliveries and what not and now I am crying because I don't know what to do. My room is such a mess, I'm trying to control things as much as I can but this is so overwhelming.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Furlenco, formally requesting a resolution of your issue. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.
