Respected Sir/Mam,
This is to highlight that flight was cancelled by airline- spicejet- IXB , PNR- LCRGNM from Bagdogra to Delhi on 4-Jul-2026, Spicejet has informed us on last moment, but we have not received full refund, total amount is RS 20136 which we had booked from make my trip that further checked in make my trip portal we found that total refundable amount is RS 18596, why they have deducted RS 1540 though flight was cancelled by Airline- not by us.
As per spicejet airline , it will take 24 to 48 hours, the amount will get credited, but now it has been more than 10 days the full refundable amount is still not received.
my office git impacted due to this and my son's school is also impacted, then we have booked Indigo flight due to office and school joining constraints.
I would request you to please consider my pain and help to get full amount should be credited in the account.
I have already tried to connect customer care center but they have enabled IVR response and AI executive which is totally helpless and no CC executive is there where I can explain my query.
I am attacking the flight detail here with.
Please go through with the same and help.
