Subject: Complaint Regarding Frequent Internet Outage and Non-Responsive Customer Support
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, [Nandita Sikera], am a prepaid Wi-Fi customer of [Service Provider Name] with Customer ID/Registered Number: [7525937934]. I am filing this complaint to bring to your notice the continuous disruptions in my internet services on 25/11/2025, which caused serious inconvenience and financial loss.
On the above-mentioned date, the prepaid Wi-Fi connection stopped working multiple times, resulting in complete loss of internet access for long durations. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer care, I did not receive any proper assistance. The system only responded with automated AI messages giving the same repetitive replies, with no human support, no assurance, and no resolution, Getting same responses like frequently changing time of resolving issue while no facing same issue.
Due to this sudden outage:
This constitutes deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, as I did not receive the uninterrupted service for which I have already paid in advance.
I request the Hon’ble Forum to kindly take necessary action against the service provider and direct them to:

I request the Hon’ble Forum to kindly take necessary action against the service provider and direct them to:
- Resolve the network issue immediately and ensure uninterrupted service.
- Provide compensation for the inconvenience and losses suffered.
- Improve customer care response by ensuring prompt human assistance instead of non-functional automated replies.
- Prevent such occurrences in the future for me and other consumers.
I am also attaching the following documents for verification:
- Proof of Wi-Fi plan recharge/payment
- Screenshots of network outage
- Screenshots of AI customer care communication that failed to provide proper assurance.
- Any other supporting evidence
