Subject: Complaint regarding unjustified delay in return/refund and failure to resolve approved return request
I am filing a complaint against Red Tape (redtape.com) regarding the unreasonable delay in processing my return and refund.

Return Requested On: 23 August 2026
Current Status: Pending Inspection
Date of Complaint: 11 September 2026
I requested the return of the product on 23 August 2026. The Red Tape website clearly shows that “Your return request is approved,” but the status has continued to remain “Pending Inspection” for approximately 19 days.
Despite the return being approved, the company has failed to complete the return/refund process within a reasonable period. This prolonged delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience and harassment. I have also not received a satisfactory resolution from the company.
