Hello sir
My name is varagani venkatesh, I am a consumer of indane gas vide consumer no: 7223175968, which was in dealership of Manasa Indane , Ramachandrapuram, Sangareddy district telangana state 502032.
The gas agency was booked a cylinder on 02-04-2026, without knowing me and they delivered to someone not to me and later my gas cylinder was emptied on 04-04-2026, and I called to customer care no and it replied with you already booked gas you cannot book now, then immediately i called to gas agency and told them what happened and I asked them but they didn't replied simply said you will recieve and later not delivered to me and from that day onwards they are not attending my calls and I didn't get any response from them and I thought they are selling it in black market and I vexed with their irresponsible behaviour regarding me and now I am facing gas cylinder issue and I got health issues by eating outside food and It was very expensive to me, if they delivered my cylinder i did not get all the issues so I am requesting consumer court to take the issue as serious in these gas crysis and take legal action and make justice to me for what they did to me, here I am attaching some screen shots that I recieved at the time of booking and chat with them
