In the month of September 2024, there were 6 unauthorized transactions on my Axis bank credit card each amounting to Rs.10,000 each, from Google Play. I am an IOS user (I Phone) since over years.
For the above-mentioned transactions, I have not received any OTP for the authorization, and I have not authorized these transactions by any mean. There was no notification for any of the transactions to my registered mobile number/email.
I have complained regarding this to the AXIS bank.
I have made complaint on this in NCRP, Complaint reference number is 23709240046291 and RBI also N202425009038579.
If these transactions have actually happened, happened without my authorization which is the gap in the banking system, Consumer should not be responsible for the gap in the banking system.
Hence, I request the Consumer court to help me to get justice on this.
The credit bill is generated for the Rs:66008.95, and around Rs.16,000 has already been deducted from my savings account without my intervention. However, I have not cleared the rest of the bill due to above discrepancies.
Now, they have sent me legal notice and also getting continuous harassment calls and visits to my place, troubling us.
