Repeated Purifier Failures and Unethical Service Charges Despite Active Service Plan

I am writing this complaint against the company for providing a defective water purifier and engaging in unfair and unethical service practices.

I purchased the purifier with the expectation of receiving a reliable product and proper after-sales support. However, within a very short period, I have already had to raise 7–8 service complaints in less than 2-3 months. The purifier repeatedly stops working, leaving my family without access to clean drinking water.

During the last service visit, the technician fixed the issue in barely one minute, after which the purifier started working again. Unfortunately, the same issue has occurred once more within a few days. Despite the recurring fault and the fact that I already have an active service plan, I am now being asked to pay an additional ₹300 for another visit.

This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be charged repeatedly for the same unresolved issue, especially when the product is under a service plan. It appears that temporary fixes are being performed instead of addressing the root cause, forcing customers into repeated paid service visits.

I consider these practices to be unfair, unethical, and exploitative. A customer who has already paid for the product and service coverage should not have to repeatedly spend additional money because the company has failed to permanently resolve the issue.

I request the following:
1. Immediate and permanent resolution of the purifier issue.
2. Waiver of any additional service charges related to this recurring complaint.
3. Replacement of the faulty unit if the problem cannot be permanently fixed.
4. Appropriate action against such unfair service practices to prevent other customers from facing similar issues.
