**Subject:** Urgent Follow-up on Fraudulent Loan Scheme & Mis-Sold Insurance Policy
**Dear Sir/Madam,**
I am writing to follow up on the cybercrime complaints I filed earlier regarding a fraudulent loan scheme linked to an insurance policy. Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory response or any corrective action. The fraud continues to cause me financial and mental distress.
### **Complaint Details:**
- **Incident Date:** 30/08/2024
- **Complainant Name:** Himanshu, Son of Sarvesh Singh
- **Address:** Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh
- **Policy Number:** NP01248198648

- **Broker Involved:** Mercury Insurance Broker Pvt Ltd
### **Nature of the Fraud:**
1. The policy was issued **without my original signature**, indicating a forgery.
2. The documents **do not include my current photograph**, further proving unauthorized issuance.
3. I was **misled and misinformed** about the policy details, which were not fully disclosed to me at the time of purchase.
4. The policy was **issued without my proper knowledge and consent**, making it a clear case of mis-selling.
5. Despite raising the issue, **Shriram Life Insurance has failed to take appropriate action** to cancel my policy and refund my money.
Since my grievance remains unresolved, I am escalating this matter to **IRDAI** and requesting urgent intervention.
### **Fraudulent Financial Details:**
- **Total Fraud Amount:** ₹50,136
