The sticker with the MRP and model number of the product was deliberately rubbed, overlapped or hidden. When I tried to see the sticker, I saw that the model I had ordered was different from the model I received. And when I turned on the projector and checked it, it showed a little damage, but I tried Amazon and My product should be replaced, I don't want a refund, but Amazon says that sir, you did not check the open box at the time of delivery, it is your mistake, now we will not replace it for you, ok, I accept that it is my mistake, but can you deliver your product to a customer by overlapping the model and MRP sticker, this is the first question, that is why the customer is wanting to replace the product, if I only wanted the money, I could have taken a return from you, so please do it, otherwise I will be forced to take legal support.
