I had booked a party through "Fun House Mee" (organized by Harshit Negi) scheduled in Noida on 4th April 2025. The party was cancelled by the organizer. I requested a refund immediately after the cancellation. However, despite repeated follow-ups via calls and messages over the past 15–20 days, there has been no refund and no proper response. The cancellation was from the organizer’s side, making them fully responsible.
I am seeking a refund of ₹1150 paid along with ₹850 as compensation for mental harassment, waste of time, and inconvenience caused, totaling ₹2000.
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly take strict action against the service provider and help in resolving the grievance at the earliest.
