Hi I have ordered rocher time watch which is worth of 1200rs and today I have recived but after opening the box we found they have sent fraud watches like HMT broken watches and this is how u people do money by cheating customers.
Even I have called delivery person to ask about this fraud things they said company sent like this we don't open any boxes ..
I need my money back or replace with wt I have ordered..

Main Issue: Received Different or Low Quality Watch and now the Company is not Responding.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Rocher time. Based on your complaint, it appears that you ordered a three Watches" but received a only one or poor quality. Despite reaching out to the seller, you've received no satisfactory response, and the provided shipment invoice does not match your order details.


Steps to Seek Redressal​

If you have received Different / Low Quality product, you need to follow the same steps in both the conditions.
  1. Document All Evidence: To file a case in the Consumer Forum, customer need to attach all the Supporting Documents related to the product and documents related to payment.
    • Retain screenshots of your order confirmation, payment receipt, WhatsApp conversations, and photographs of the received item.
    • Note any discrepancies in the shipment invoice and delivery details.
  2. Contact Sukanya Studio Again: This is very important step as we have to mention in our Consumer Case file that we have already Emailed the Company, but they are not solving our problem.
    • Send a formal email detailing the issue and requesting a refund.
    • Include all relevant evidence and set a reasonable deadline for their response.
  3. File a Complaint with the National Consumer Helpline: Customer can also contact the NCH and submit their complaint, this is very helpful if you are dealing with small companies and you don't want to engage any lawyer.
  4. Approach the Consumer Forum: If you have already completed the above steps and not getting any solution, you need to file a case in the Consumer Forum. Now you can file your complaint online with E-Jagriti portal.
    • If the issue remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint through the E-Jagriti portal.
    • Attach all evidence, including proof of purchase, communication records, and photographs.
  5. Files:You need to create 6 files to submit you case in the Consumer Forum.
    • INDEX
    • MEMO OF PARTIES
    • EVENTS
    • AFFIDAVIT
    • PROFORMA
    • DOCUMENTS
