A few days ago, I saw an advertisement on social media for reading glasses and placed an order online. However, when the delivery arrived—after I paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) and opened the package—I found a toy resembling glasses instead of the actual product. I lost ₹400. There is no visible contact number for lodging a complaint against these companies; I don't know whom to approach. Such companies should be banned immediately, as they are swindling citizens and customers out of their money without facing any regulatory oversight. How long is this going to continue?
