Fraud of sending Wrong Phone

I would like to share an incident (Fraud) which happened on 23rd October. I purchased a Iphone 16 pro 128 GB with order id. 408-2308655-8981963 from Amazon and they sent a Wrong/faulty phone which was not getting switched on or not working as well. there was also a product missing which was Charging Cable. Then I started contacting Amazon, initially they said that they would be sending someone to pick up the phone as it is wrong/faulty. The next day, someone came to pick up the phone. He said he cannot pick it up because it is not getting switched on and . He can’t decide whether he can pick the defected phone or not. So he left it, post that I started calling customer care 4-5 times a day, each time agent via customer care mentioned to schedule the pick up however no one came to pick the phone and i got a call stating that i cancel the return. The same incident has been repeated almost 4-5 times by now every time I get a call stating that I cancelled the pick up and they are rescheduling it the next day again I get a call stating that I cancelled the pick up and they are rescheduling the pick up so I don’t know what’s scam is going on either. Amazon is doing a scam or your delivery or pick up partner is doing this scam, but who is being penalised is customer, so I want my money back or the replacement of the phone as soon as possible, aslo I have all the video and audio recordings as a proof, I have been struggling with this since 23rd of October. This is my worst decision of life to choose Amazon to purchase a product So expensive. I’ve spent more than one lakh and now I’m struggling and I’m chasing you every day to get this issue solved.
on top of that, Amazon customer care agents are ill mannered unprofessional and do not understand the value of customers issues. As customer is not calling to enjoy, customer is only calling to get the issue solved and you guys are not solving it. your customer
care agent only want to count on another call and do not bothered at all to help the customer,get the call finished ASAP so that can attend another customer and can make fool of another customer. They are not at all willing to help the customer, every agent is talking rudely overlapping intervening while I am speaking, no apologise. Nothing they are very ill mannered and ill behaved.
i need immediate action to be taken

Box was not opened as I have told to Amazon delivery boy to open the box and i have made video and there is clearly showing wrong phone also i have connected many times with Amazon customer care by mail and phone but not responding now.
This is big fraud happened with me by Amazon, if you want to see video send me link so that i can share here.
 
Wrong Phone :- we have ordered IPhone 16pro 128 GB but received wrong/old/dummy/different model phone as you have seen in video which was not working as well as there were no charging cable.

I have checked the details mentioned above, you need to file a case in consumer forum against both the parties.

1) Clicktech Retail
2) Amazon

To send a wrong product you have to add Clicktech Retail as the main opposite party and the Amazon as the 2nd Opposite party.
As the amazon is only providing the platform to the sellers, the main opposite party would be Clicktech Retail, but not providing the support the customer, you have to add amazon as a 2 party.
