Dear sir ,
I bought ac of carrier company from reliance digital, raja pul , boring road Patna . Next day their technician came to install . He used some extra material like extra copper pipe , wire , water outlet pipe which is chargeable that’s I know . But the price he charged is my concern and he is not providing me proper bill with gst no .
For water outlet pipe he charged Rs1650 which you can get hardly Rs 180 , for wire he charged Rs 2970 which you can get at Rs 450 max , for copper pipe he charged Rs 4200 whose actual cost is hardly 3000. He also charged me a three pin plug but didn’t provide . And now the company is telling to call reliance digital , reliance is asking to call store but no one listening.
I want my overpriced money back with inconvenience charge or provide me proper bill for the money i paid to technician with proper gst no also with proper mentioning of brand name which he provided .
