This hotel is a fraud. Below the incident.
We had done a booking with Amazon make my trip for 13th March at Hotel New Rudraksha. On 13th since it was a road trip from Mumbai to Goa with a stop at Satara, we decided to call the hotel and inform them that we will reach around 12 am and we have a dog as well. When called, the person told that there is some connectivity issue and online bookings are not showing in the system. They told to share the confirmation and they will let us know if the booking is confirmed. Again the person confirmed that the booking is not showing and hotel is booked out. After telling them that the booking is non refundable, the person told to send the confirmation details and refund would be done. We informed them the amount and send the screenshot of the booking and are waiting for the confirmation. To ensure we have a safe journey we booked another hotel and went ahead with a new booking. After all this, Amazon and MMT are telling that the hotel new Rudraksha denied the cancellation. This is complete cheating.
