For the 3rd of October 2026, I was having a booking of 9 member for 3 rooms at Hotel Sunrise, Bhopal.
Booking rooms were of type: Deluxe Room(1) and Super Deluxe Rooms(2). Deluxe Room were having 1 double bed and Super Deluxe were having 2 double beds each.
In total 3 rooms with 5 double beds.
But after reaching the hotel by 7 pm, we were offered 2 single bed rooms and 1 double bed room. And the hotel attendant was saving this is what MMT is showing them.
They were arrogantly arguing and were not listening to us. Even one of them was drunk at the time.
So, without staying, we left the hotel immediately and went to the nearby hotel (Hotel Bhagya).
Also, no where in MMT was written that Hotel Sunrise is an OYO hotel. This is very wrong since out of 9 members, 3 were females and it questions their safety as well.
So, we ask for a fully refund and an apology from MMT. So, they should keep an OYO mark for such hotels.
